TAI Justice issued TAI LAB order for amendment of Monthly contribution classification of labor pension; in accordance with article 14, paragraph 5 of the Labor pension act.
Follows TAI LAB Sep. 2023 revised labor insurance tables re minimum wage, #192645.
Also follows TAI Justice Sep. 2024 issued TAI LAB notice re minimum wage, #194541.
Adjustments
Introduced a new tier of NTD 28,590 to align with the minimum monthly wage.
Adjusted upper limit of 23rd tier, lower limit of 25th tier, to ensure consistency across social insurance and pension contributions, and simplified reporting for businesses.
Effectiveness
The changes will be implemented from Jan. 1, 2025.
