On Jan. 20, FLA LEG issued executive order re severe winter weather.
FLA LEG Governor DeSantis issued Executive Order 25-13 due to the widespread winter weather system beginning Jan. 21, 2025, and declared a state of emergency.
Prohibits renters and sellers to engage in price gouging, as well as for supplies, services, provisions, or equipment needed for consumption or use in the emergency.

Effectiveness
EO 2025-13 effective immediately and expires 60 days from this date unless extended.
