On Jan. 30, 2025, FR ACPR confirmed, as per Decree 12/2024, of Dec. 21, 2024, the models for national annual ORPS reporting of prudential statements are now updated.
Procedures Overview
Annual reporting of national accounting and prudential statements, must be submitted, by Apr. 30, 2025 by all Supplementary Occupational Retirement Organizations (ORPS).
Two reports are required, ORPS National Annual Accounting Reporting (RC), and ORPS National Annual Prudential Reporting (RP), with both reports now on eSurfi system.
Based upon the additional information provided and the associated technical note, the 2025 ORPS report must still be completed in Excel format, using the specific model for RC published in Statements and notices section of the eSurfi Assurance website.
Latest version of RP Excel template, dated Jan. 2025, is available in the Reports and notices section, and must be filed under OneGate: ORPS National Prudential Reporting.
Effectiveness
Both of the reports must be submitted using these new procedures, by Apr. 30, 2025.
