On Oct. 4, GE GVT amended two social contributions' ordinances.
GE GVT published Ordinance of Oct. 1, 2024, amending the Remuneration Certification Ordinance and the Contribution Procedure Ordinance.
Purpose
Changes to the Remuneration Certification Ordinance to considerate the employees' number of children under section 55, para 3, of the 11th Book of the Social Code.
Contribution Procedure Ordinance's calculation is extended to include deductions for parents of many kids; changes on documentation in electronic form re remuneration.
Effectiveness
The amending Ordinance enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
