On Dec. 1, CZC GVT issue decree on applying property valuation act.
CZC GVT issued decree no. 488/2020 coll. amending decree no. 441/2013 coll on implementation of property valuation act, as amended, effective from Jan. 1, 2021.
Amendments
Among others, changes include insertion of new paragraphs on determination of usual price, determination of market value, information on price map of building plots.
New paragraph in section 2 on valuation of land which is not building land.
New sections 39a to 39c inserted, concerning valuation of easement, simplified valuation of easement for technical infrastructure, valuation of defects in real estate.
Also includes updates to various tables in the accompanying annexes.
Dec. 2024 Amending Decree
On Dec. 9, 2024, CZC PRL issued Decree 370/2024 coll. amending Decree 441/2013 coll., on the implementation of the Act on Property Valuation (Valuation Decree);
Changes in all the tables of the Decree's annexes; entry into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
