CHI CFETS issued Notice on the disclosure of 2024 audit reports and other related reports by interbank lending market members, that requires disclosure by Apr. 30.
Follows CHI CFETS Mar. 2025 required members to disclose audit reports, #206826 .
Disclosure Requirements
All members shall disclose their 2024 financial statements and audit reports, including audit opinion, audited balance sheet, P&L statement, notes to accounting statements.
Securities firms shall disclose special audit report on net capital calculation statement.
Insurance firms shall disclose special audit report on solvency, regulatory indicators.
In addition, trust companies along with financial leasing companies should also disclose a special report on their relationships with other financial institutions in 2024.
Documents are to be uploaded through the interbank institutional remittance platform.
