RUS CB issued ord 6798-U on the procedure and deadlines for preparing and submitting reports to RUS CB by investment platform operators, financial platform operators, operators of information systems issuing digital financial assets, and digital financial asset exchange operators, the forms of investment platform operator reports and their content, the content and forms of financial platform operator reports, as well as the procedure for investment platform operators, financial platform operators, operators of information systems issuing digital financial assets, and digital financial asset exchange operators to report to RUS CB information on persons entrusted with carrying out identification, simplified identification, and updating information on clients, client representatives, beneficiaries, and beneficial owners.

The ordinance enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025 and, from the date of entry into force, repeals ordinance 6243-U on establishing rules and procedure for digital currency or assets operators to submit and compile reporting to RUS CB (see #128511).
