SBA offered relief to North and South Dakota small businesses, private nonprofits (PNPs) with economic losses from flooding occurring Jul. 21 to Aug. 19, 2025.
Relief is available for four South Dakota counties as well as two North Dakota counties.
Under declaration, SBA's Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs) are available to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, nurseries, and PNPs suffering losses.
Application Deadline
Completed loan applications must be submitted to SBA no later than Oct. 9, 2026.
