In accordance with SK FSC's permission on Nextrade investment brokerage business.
Follows SK FSC Feb. 5, 2025 said launch of Nextrade was approved, see #242664.
Key Revisions
Add trading in the market opened by Nextrade to the application scope of agreements.
Reflect best execution obligations to be complied by companies and Nextrade-related regulations in the provisions with which companies and customers must comply.
Effectiveness
The revised agreements will be implemented from Mar. 4, 2025.
