On Feb. 12, RUS CB issued submitting credit history information guide.
RUS CB published letter IN-018-44/71 on failure to provide information about the place of birth to the credit history bureau.
Key Points
Per law 380-FZ on credit histories information on the place of birth of individuals, claim assignees, as well as arbitration managers will be removed from credit histories.
To align with these changes aimed at improving credit history content, ordinance 6776-U amending regulation 758-P and ordinance 5791-U are introduced, see #210901.
These amendments will exclude place of birth data from information submitted to credit bureaus, user requests for credit reports, and consent confirmation forms.
Effectiveness
Until entry into force on May. 9, 2025 RUS CB will refrain from imposing measures on sources and users for failing to provide place of birth information to credit bureaus.
