On Apr. 9, ASX issued notice of revisions re ASX service release 15.
ASX issued notice advising that a number of revisions have been made to the ASX operating rule procedures to allow for implementation of various aspects of ASX service release 15 (ASX SR 15) which is due to go live on May 12, 2025 (first release).
In addition, ASX published a marked-up version which shows the amendments.
Follows ASX Feb. 2025 planned industry wide test for service release 15, see #244943.
Outline of Amendments
Amendments made re block and late trade reporting simplification (procedure 3500).
Removed open stagger (appendix 4013); new opening single price auction (OSPA) session state (appendix 4013); fixed open time for single stock options (app. 4013).
Introduced post close session state (appendix 4013) that will be applied to equity markets, warrants, interest rate market; made some miscellaneous revisions as well.
