Applicant to the sandbox program may contact the regulatory relief division to request a consultation re the regulatory sandbox program before submitting an application.
For each application, the regulatory relief office may collect fee of no more than $250.
If the regulatory relief office approves an application, the sandbox participant will have 24 months after the date when application was approved to demonstrate the offering.
