IRE GVT issued the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (Professional Indemnity Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 (StIn 699/2024), effective Mar. 2025.
Purpose
Amend Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (Professional Indemnity Insurance) Regulations 2012 (StIn 182/2012) so its provisions align effectively with current market conditions for professional indemnity insurance in property services sector.
Effectiveness
These regulations are in operation from Mar. 3, 2025.
