Requires reporting of certain ownership information by hospitals, certain health care entities, insurers, third party administrators, as well as pharmacy benefit managers.
Ownership information reportable if each person or entity owns interests of at least 5% or, if the person is practitioner of health care entity, any ownership interest.
Secretary of State and Department of Insurance to provide ownership information to the Indiana Department of Health, IDOH to annually publish report on ownership.
Allows Office of the AG to investigate the market concentration of a health care entity.
