Overview
In view of first-time implementation of filing of Top-up Tax Information Returns, and to facilitate compliance by obligated entities, members of Multinational Enterprise Groups.
Decision by GRE AADE Governor George Pitsilis (Decision A.1131/2026), extends the filing deadline until Oct. 30, 2026, for financial years ending on or before Mar. 31, 2025.
Until the same date, the above obligated entities may also submit related notification.
