Copy of will cannot be produced in court that includes copy of a self-proving affidavit sufficient to make the will self-proved, if self-proving affidavit meets requirements.
Require that an original will, or a paper copy of proved will (as required), and probate of wills be deposited in the office of county clerk of county in which will was probated.
Inventory of all estate property must state if decedent married at time of death, and if married at death, specify which portion, if any, is separate or community property.
Require list of claims state certain information, including, for each claim, if claim is separate or community property, if decedent married at time of the decedent's death.
Also require appointee, not later than 7th day after the date letters of temporary administration are issued, to file with the court proof of service of the notice required.
