Summary
Order is proposed as per law 452-FZ on financial indicator administrators; establishes the legal framework for the activities of indicator administrators, see #205899.
Gives RUS CB authority to set qualification requirements for those performing functions of sole executive body, chief accountant, others responsible for accounting, controller for the administrator of financial and commodity indicators (indicator administrators).
Procedure for notifying RUS CB of appointment to a position and dismissals; temporary performance of duties; termination of these; creating form/documents for notifications.
Also allows RUS CB to set a procedure for assessing compliance with the qualification requirements, and/or the requirements for business reputation as established in law.
The deadline for the entry into force of the provisions is Sep. 1, 2025.
