On Feb. 13, EC issued Reg 2025/296 on crypto white papers in EU OJ.

  • EC issued Reg 2025/296 supplementing Reg 2023/1114 on regulatory technical standards specifying the procedure for the approval of a crypto-asset white paper.
  • Follows EU CMSN Nov. 2024 issued adopted RTS of Oct. 31, specifying procedure for the approval of a crypto-asset white paper (C(2024)6914), see #211124.
