Implemented requirements in KNS LEG 48-3406 that exempt military spouses of active service members who reside/plan to reside in State from licensure or fingerprint fees.
Approved Courses
Amended KNS LEG 86-1-10 (approved courses and instructions) to add a definition for synchronous distance education and modify standards for these types of courses.
Proposed amendments are based on distance education standards developed by the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials and used by many other States.
