Authorizes department to create additional positions, not using funds from account, for applicants from specialties outside of primary specialties, not subject to the 20% limit.
Removes maximum limit for loan repayments per physician that may be provided to program participant who completed 3 years of services in medically underserved area.
Expands money authorization amount for Medically underserved account for physicians
