On Jun. 4, RUS PRL proposed bill amending the labor code re bonuses.
RUS PRL proposed bill 513234-8 amending the labor code regarding determining the type of bonuses, amounts, terms, grounds/conditions for their payment to employees.
Proposals
The employer will have the right to provide a condition on reducing the size of the employee's bonus in connection with the application of a disciplinary action to him/her only for the period in which this action was applied to the employee.
In the proposed regulation it is highlighted that the reduction in the bonus may not lead to a decrease in the size of the employee's monthly salary by more than 20%.
The bill will allow the employer to take into account both the results achieved by the employee and the presence of disciplinary sanctions when motivating the employee.
It will also protect the employee from arbitrary reduction of his bonus payments.
