Those VASPs must also comply with the Company Rulebook; Compliance and Risk Management Rulebook; Technology and Information Rulebook; Market Conduct Rulebook; Rulebooks for the virtual activities that a VASP is licensed to carry out.
The Rulebook's parts and schedule are: Part I-Polices, Procedures and Public Disclosures; Part II-Trading and Execution Rules; Part III-Margin Trading Rules; Part IV-Licensed Distribution Services Rules; and Schedule 1-Definitions.
