Summary
Survey results allow FSMA to assess the compliance and efficiency of the system that has been implemented for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
Information is collected by means of an annual questionnaire, an important tool in the exercise of BEL FSMA's permanent legal supervisory powers in combating ML/TF.
Effectiveness
The questionnaire should be completed no later than May 6, 2025.
