Requires employers to notify employees within 48 hours of receiving an ICE notice of inspection for I-9 forms or other employment records.
Not later than 48 hours after receiving a notice of inspection by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for I-9 employment eligibility verification forms or other employment records, each employer shall provide written notice to each employee.
Establishes cause of action against federal officers for deprivation of rights, privileges or immunities under the US Constitution; restricts arrests in certain listed locations.
Prohibits a military force from another state from entering MA without permission of the Governor; prohibits violations of certain federal laws on election poll protections.
Prohibits, with certain exemptions, law enforcement officers from making certain inquiries or taking certain actions related to immigration status or citizenship.
Prohibits law enforcement entities from entering into 287(g) agreements.
Allows parents to arrange guardianship of their children in case they are detained.
Expands indemnification authority for public employees acting within the scope of their duties in connection with federal investigations.
