Eligibility
EIDLs are eligible for South Dakota counties of Butte, Fall River, Custer, Harding, Lawrence, Meade, Oglala Lakota, Perkins, Carter, Dawes, Sioux, Crook and Niobrara.
Covers the economic impacts on businesses dependent on farmers and ranchers that have suffered agricultural production losses and businesses directly impacted.
Applicable to small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, aquaculture businesses and most private nonprofits, for financial obligations/operating expenses.
Businesses primarily engaged in farming or ranching are not eligible for SBA disaster assistance, should contact Farm Services Agency under the Department of Agriculture.

The deadline to apply for economic injury is May 16, 2025.
