  • Financial statements to be filed electronically to NAIC annually, on or before Mar. 1, by each domestic insurance company, health care center, and fraternal benefit society.
  • Each such domestic and foreign insurance company, health care center and fraternal benefit society shall also report its financial condition on a quarterly basis during 2025
  • Risk retention groups, foreign surplus insurers, insurance, also are to file quarterly.
  • Due Dates
  • Deadline of annual filing generally Mar. 1, 2025, certain captive insurers Mar. 15, 2025.
  • Audited financial reports of risk retention groups to be filed on or before Jun. 1, 2025.
  • For captive insurers outside CT, statement must be filed 75 days after end of year.
