NLD SAE published regulation of Jun. 30, 2025, containing rules for the provision of subsidies to employers in small and medium-sized enterprises to support the purchase of inclusive technology (subsidy scheme for inclusive technology for SMEs).
Key Aspects
Aim of scheme is to encourage employers in small and medium-sized enterprises (companies with up to 250 employees and an annual turnover of €50 million or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €43 million) to hire people with disabilities.
It also aims to better support people with disabilities already employed in their work.
Scheme offers a financial contribution to SMEs that wish to invest in this technology.
It contributes to improving the labor market position of people with disabilities.
The subsidy is a maximum of €25,000 and minimum of €2,500 per application.
Maximum of 50% of eligible cost, applicant employer must cover half cost themselves.
Effectiveness
This subsidy scheme will enter into force on Sep. 1, 2025 and expire on Dec. 31, 2027.
