Section 604-A on licensing prerequisites to require individuals applying for an insurance license to complete at least 24 hours of pre-examination education courses.
Also amends Section 606-A requiring completion of pre-examination for licensing.
Renewals under Section 608-A to require 3 hours of continued education on ethics.
Property, casualty license renewals to require 2 hours of courses on flood insurance.
