Applies to financial details on PRS revenues under Regulation of Premium Rate Services Order 2024 (StIn 2024/1046) for calculating OFCOM related admin charges.
General demand applies to all liable network operators under art. 14(7) of the Order.
Published to advise such parties, as it can be unclear who is a liable network operator.
They will be required to provide the requested information on a recurring annual basis, with the charging year beginning on Apr. 1, 2025 and ending with Mar. 31, 2026.
Information to be provided for the relevant calendar year in respect of charging year.
This general demand and its requirements will continue to apply until further notice.
