On Jul. 1, BRZ BSM released BSM self-regulation market supervision.
BRZ BSM issued Resolution 01/2025 to provide for financial, administrative aspects of Loss Compensation Mechanism (MRP) maintained by BVMF, administered by BRZ BSM.
Highlights
MRP's assets will be disclosed annually within 3 months after the end of the fiscal year.
Regardless of MRP equity value, MRP Participants must pay a monthly contribution to the MRP in the 24 months following their qualification with BVMF, per BVMF, BRZ BSM.
MRP will have a Minimum Equity Limit and a Maximum Equity Reference Limit defined.
Effectiveness
MRP self-regulation market supervision comes into force on Aug. 1, 2025.
