FR GVT published Order of Aug. 14, 2026 amending the Order of Jun. 9, 2016 issued for the application of Article D. 313-10-2 of the Consumer Code.
Purpose
Amendments concern the provisions of article D. 313-10-2 of the Consumer Code regarding consumer credit aligning it with Dir 2023/2225 on consumer credit contracts.
Specifically, the provisions on the training of lenders and credit intermediaries.
