NOR OSLO issued Euronext Oslo rule book II - issuer rules, notice 3.4 and template.
Rule Book II
Rules apply to foreign companies and to Norwegian companies with a secondary listing subject to the exceptions and clarifications set out in section 4.8 of the rulebook.
Applies to issuers with shares that are subject to an application for admitted to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs and Euronext Expand unless otherwise is specifically stated.
Where specifically stated, the rules also apply to subscription rights to shares, including subscription rights to un-listed shares and equity certificates.
Applies to issuers with bonds admitted to trading on Euronext Oslo Bors and ETFs that are subject to an application for admission to trading on Euronext Oslo Bors.
Notice and Template
Notice 3.4 provides procedures, documentation requirements, timetable for application for admission to trading of shares on Euronext Oslo Bors and Euronext Expand.
Issuer must produce a report for submission to Euronext Oslo Bors setting out how, to what extent issuer satisfies conditions for admission to trading (introductory report).
For the introductory report, template for introductory/updated report can be used.
Effectiveness
Rule book II applicable from Dec. 1, 2024; notice 3.4 and template from Jan. 1, 2025.
