Transfer of Funds and Crypto
This is related to information requirements in connection with transfers of funds and certain transfers of crypto-assets under TFR Regulation 2023/1113.
EBA guidelines were published on Jul. 4, 2024 and replace previous guidelines based on the predecessors of the regulation, and guidelines include a new feature.
Also, includes information on the sender and receiver who must accompany transfers of certain crypto-assets as per TFR Regulation 2023/1113.
