Adjustments Highlights
ARG CB has ordered the suspension of the minimum daily integration requirement in pesos provided for in point 2.3 of the consolidated text on Minimum Cash.
Effectiveness
Communication A 8263 comes into force on Jul. 1, 2025.

On Aug. 6, 2025, ARG CB issued Circular RUNOR 1-1913, Communication A 8292 to adjust Section 6 text, per Circular CONAU 1-1686, Communication A 8291 publication.
Adjusted minimum cash reporting model, current rates will apply through Jul. 2025.
Likewise, points on minimum daily and transferable integration had been added.
Updated correlation table with balance sheet accounts and regulatory clarifications.
Announced that as of Jul. 2025, certain items will no longer be reported in pesos.

On Aug. 21, 2025, ARG CB issued Circular REMON 1-1142, Communication A 8305.
Liabilities repurchase agreements and stock market guarantees will be computed based on net position when have same maturity, conducted on authorized market.
This will be effective as of the minimum cash position corresponding to Sep. 2025.
