SBA reported on Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs) available for OKL small businesses due to drought conditions that occurred in Custer county on Jun. 25, 2024.

Eligibility
Small nonfarm businesses in primary county of Custer, and neighboring counties of Beckham, Blaine, Caddo, Dewey, Roger Mills and Washita eligible to apply for EIDLs.
Covers businesses dependent on farmers/ranchers that suffered agricultural production losses caused by the disaster and businesses directly impacted by the disaster.
Also, small nonfarm businesses, agricultural co-ops, aquaculture businesses, private nonprofits, and nurseries are eligible for SBA disaster assistance in drought disasters.
Businesses primarily engaged in farming or ranching are not eligible; such agricultural enterprises should contact the Farm Services Agency in the USDA for assistance.
Application Deadlines
The deadline to apply for economic injury is Apr. 21, 2025.
