  • Eligibility
  • Small nonfarm businesses in primary county of Custer, and neighboring counties of Beckham, Blaine, Caddo, Dewey, Roger Mills and Washita eligible to apply for EIDLs.
  • Covers businesses dependent on farmers/ranchers that suffered agricultural production losses caused by the disaster and businesses directly impacted by the disaster.
  • Also, small nonfarm businesses, agricultural co-ops, aquaculture businesses, private nonprofits, and nurseries are eligible for SBA disaster assistance in drought disasters.
  • Businesses primarily engaged in farming or ranching are not eligible; such agricultural enterprises should contact the Farm Services Agency in the USDA for assistance.
