On Aug. 5, TAI DCC strengthened eSMART security and services.
TAI DCC issued letter to strengthen login security for eSMART and launch the new versions of the eSMART participant service website and paper supplies system.
Measures
eSMART will require two-factor authentication using the existing username and password plus a participant certificate.
Certificates must be registered through e-Report before use and may then be used for eSMART login verification, foreign-investor account opening, and bond-passbook digitization transactions.
Participants may test the new authentication process in the testing environment from Sep. 21, 2026.
A new participant service website will provide online access to eSMART manuals, operating instructions, and voucher and form templates.
Participants purchasing paper supplies must adjust the relevant connection settings and access the new system through the REX1 Paper Supplies System Login transaction in eSMART.
Effectiveness
The legacy SMART transaction entry point will be removed on Oct. 27, 2026.
