ARK INS published Bulletin No. 1-2024 to all domestic insurers regarding publication of NAIC Accounting practices and procedures manual (APPM) as of Mar. 2024.
Bulletin
Insurers, other domestic reporting entities shall use the most recent 2023 edition of the APPM, no sooner than 8 months after distribution of the required statutory notice.
Effectiveness
APPM is effective for annual statements as of Dec. 31, 2024, filed by Mar. 1, 2025.
