During the traditional carnival festival, the deadline for submitting Atoms AT10, EVAP, AT11, is extended until Mar. 6, 2025, at noon, maintaining the closing date in the files.
The deadline for Atoms AT10, EVAP as Apr. 18, 2025, is extended until Apr. 21, 2025.
Deadline for Atom AT11 as of Nov. 2, 2025, is extended until Nov. 6, 2025 at noon.
For Christmas, the deadline for sending Atom AT11 is extended until Dec. 26, 2025.
The deadline for sending Atom AT11, for new year, is extended until Jan. 2, 2026.
On Jul. 25, PAN CB updated bank, group, shareholder data reporting.
PAN CB issued circular on General Resolution SBP-RG-R-2024-00375, which updates data requirements for banks, groups, shareholders under the supervision of PAN CB.
Data Requirements
Resolution includes data requirements that must be submitted by supervised parties.
Such as atoms, BAN Tables, reports, among other AML/CFT regime requirements.
Main changes include BAN23, new risk rating table; AT03, AT05, BAN10, BAN16, CDC, OFAC List, and OE02, new references are now included within observations column.
Amends Art. 5 on Quality Data to ensure that all information submitted must be verified and signed by a senior executive designated by the bank for such purposes.
Effectiveness
This resolution is effective upon promulgation; repeals Resolution SBP-RG-0001-2022.
Aug. 20, 2024 PAN CB Report
On Aug. 20, 2024, PAN CB issued Circular SBP-DR-CIRCULAR-2024-0047 to change Article 5 of General Resolution SBP-RG-R-2024-00375 on information requirements.
PAN CB considered it appropriate to have a report called Information of the senior management executive(s) and the person(s) responsible for the operational area.
Report through which banking entities will comply with the requirements of Article 5.
The report must include information such as name, position, and contact information.
Report must be sent with Note from General Management signed by General Manager.
As of 2025, information must be sent annually, within the first 10 business days of Jan.
Also when there is any change in the designation of the senior management executive.
And when person(s) responsible for preparing Atom, BAN tables, and other reports.
Reminder on the requirement of structure Assets and Liabilities Rate Table (BAN 04).
This information must be submitted monthly, within 10 business days of the month.
After the reported one, per General Resolution SBP-RG-R-2024-00375, of Jul. 2024.
BAN04 submission will be monthly on the 1st business day, per Aug. 25, 2023 note.
