  • SBA made Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs) available to Oklahoma small businesses impacted by reduced revenues due to drought that began Sep. 10.
  • Eligibility
  • Primary counties noted are Garfield and Noble, with neighboring counties of Alfalfa, Grant, Kay, Kingfisher, Logan, Major, Osage, Pawnee and Payne in Oklahoma.
  • Small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofits qualify for EIDLs of up to $2 million.
  • EIDLs are intended to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses which could have been met by disaster victims had the drought disaster not occurred.
  • Eligibility for these loans is based on financial impact of the drought disaster only.
