Highlights
The duties of the Director of Financial System Organization and Resolution are the authorization and cancellation to conduct the recording of book-entry duplicates.
The Department of Competition and Financial Market Structure (Decem) is responsible for stability and efficiency of payment arrangements, as well as regulatory proposals.
As well as the authorization to operate, the cancellation of the authorization to operate and other acts that require the authorization applicable to payment arrangements.
It is responsible for proposing to the Director of Financial System Organization and Resolution the cancellation of the authorizations granted to payment arrangements.
Furthermore, for determining the cancellation of said authorizations, where applicable.
It is responsibility of the Department of Resolution and Sanctioning Action (Derad) to conduct investigations on violations and administrative proceedings of Pix regulations.
Revocation
Revoked various items of Articles 17, 95, 96, 97, and 98 of Resolution 340, of 2023.
Effectiveness
Resolution 419 comes into force on the date of its publication.
