  • Licensed Ohio title agents, agencies or their authorized representatives are required to file an annual title agent/agency review, uploaded to OH INS through OH/ID.
  • Individuals holding both individual, business entity license submit 2 separate filings.
  • Filers encouraged to file electronically using annual title review filing system.
  • All filers are required to use an OH|ID account to access the Gateway or annual title review filing system; provided instructions on how to obtain an OH|ID account.
  • Agents and agencies should gather their national producer number (NPN), omissions coverage, surety bond information coverage information before submitting review.
  • In addition to their interest on trust accounts (IOTA) information, audit results, independent annual review findings, and exemptions to annual escrow account review.
  • Defined independent CPA review of an escrow account exemptions; agents and agencies that qualify for the exemption are still required to submit an annual filing.

  • Annual filings for 2024 filing period (Sep. 1 2023 - Aug. 31, 2024) due Jan. 15, 2025.
