Filing Instructions
Licensed Ohio title agents, agencies or their authorized representatives are required to file an annual title agent/agency review, uploaded to OH INS through OH/ID.
Individuals holding both individual, business entity license submit 2 separate filings.
Filers encouraged to file electronically using annual title review filing system.
All filers are required to use an OH|ID account to access the Gateway or annual title review filing system; provided instructions on how to obtain an OH|ID account.
Agents and agencies should gather their national producer number (NPN), omissions coverage, surety bond information coverage information before submitting review.
In addition to their interest on trust accounts (IOTA) information, audit results, independent annual review findings, and exemptions to annual escrow account review.
Defined independent CPA review of an escrow account exemptions; agents and agencies that qualify for the exemption are still required to submit an annual filing.
