Description of Circular
The circular outlines final activities in FIS and its related sub-systems, key deadlines, important pre- and post-launch preparations, procedures to ensure smooth transition.
All distributors are advised to complete final activities in FIS and related sub-systems according to the schedule; Mar. 17, 2025 is last day to approve all exam applications.
Apr. 8, 2025 is last day for distributors to approve all types of exemption applications, resignation and termination; and last day to approve all CPD programs, participants.
Apr. 9, 2025 is closing of FIS; Apr. 11, 2025 is date distributors must login to FIS and its sub-systems to extract final reports; circular specifies data migration requirements.
All rejections/unsuccessful transactions re system migration must be re-submitted.
Specifically, through FCS after its official launch; distributor administrators (DAs) must complete prescribed activities/actions before Apr. 11, 2025; and take required actions on Apr. 15, 2025 i.e. verification, reconciliation of migrated data in FCS, per checklist.
Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to MLY FIM IT Support via email.
