Prohibits any license, permission, restriction, delay/process, from requiring individual to possess firearm liability insurance or pay fee for possession of firearm, parts, knife.
Includes by ordinance, rule, regulation, resolution, practice, other/legal process threat.
Preempts, supersedes, declares null, void any license, permission, restriction, delay, or process that would require possession of firearm liability insurance or payment of fee.
Defines firearm liability insurance as a policy of liability insurance covering losses resulting from the use of a firearm owned by the person covered by the policy.
Second Amendment Financial Privacy Act
Ban government entities from keeping list of privately owned firearms/firearm owners.
Prohibit financial institutions assigning firearms code to distinguish firearms retailers.
Also, from declining card transaction involving a firearms dealer due to firearms code.
Allow Attorney General to investigate violations, bring civil action against perpetrator.
Names certain provisions of the bill the Second amendment financial privacy act.
