TAI EXC published revised TAI TSARules Governing Underwriting and Resale of Securities by Securities Firms.
TAI TSA amended article 13 and appendix 1 to article 12, which contains the bid form for competitive auctions of underwritten securities.
Amendment
The amendment removes the rule that made a bid invalid if an investor failed to complete their birthdate correctly or provided inaccurate birthdate information.
The purpose is to avoid rejecting bids due to date-of-birth input errors.
TAI DCC will continue checking whether individual investors are adults.
Effectiveness
The amendments are effective from Nov. 2, 2026.
