Filing Deadline and Process
The filing of annual statement of WHT and AIT must be completed by Apr. 30, 2024.
Annual statement of employer on APIT must be submitted by Apr. 30, 2024.
It is mandatory to submit all of the above electronically via SRI Tax e-service portal.
Penalties imposed on any person/employer for non-submission or incorrect submission.
Effectiveness
Deadline for filings is Apr. 30, 2024.

On Apr. 10, 2025, SRI Tax reminded of filing annual statement of WHT, AIT, and APIT.
