RUS CB published letter IN-08-12/59 on non-application of measures to credit institutions for failure to comply with the procedure and deadlines for submitting information to RUS CMP in the form of an extended statement.
RUS CB will not apply measures against credit institutions from Jan. 1 to Apr. 1, 2025.
