  • Summary
  • Amendments apply to the Supplement for Denmark (Supplement C) in the Nasdaq First North Bond Market Rulebook, which include introduction of a Nasdaq Transfer Market Segment of Nasdaq First North Bond Market, operated by the Exchange.
  • Nasdaq Transfer Market Segment is developed to allow timely/temporary admission of trading of fixed income instruments not issued under an approved base prospectus.
  • Unlike Nasdaq First North Bond Market, Transfer Market Segment does not allow fixed income instruments to be admitted to trading until maturity; is for use in fixed income instruments scheduled for admission on an EU regulated market within 12 months.
  • Summary of Changes
  • A new section 6 has been introduced, provisions of which apply to the Nasdaq Transfer Market Segment of Nasdaq First North Bond Market, operated by the Exchange.
  • These clarify: eligibility criteria; exemptions; disclosure and information requirements for fixed income instruments admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market Segment.

  • Effectiveness
  • The changes will enter into force on Nov. 1, 2026.
