Order of Oct. 2, 2024
The Order of Oct. 22, 2024, published in Nov. 1, 2024, modified Book V of RGAMF.
Amended art 516-5 removed the requirement of a public offer for issuers when they transfer securities from the Euronext professional compartment to the general one.
Because tranche dedicated to retail investors is now optional during IPOs on the general compartment, the requirement no longer seemed legitimate or appropriate.

Conditions for the intermediation of bearer financial securities registered in DLT.
New subsection 4a inserted in the single section of Chapter I of Title II of Book III.
Definition and regulation of the activity of administering bearer financial securities registered in a distributed register, admitted to DLT market infrastructure operations.
Order of Jun. 27, 2024
The Order of Jun. 27, 2024, published in Jul. 3, 2024, modified Book IV of RGAMF.
It granted portfolio management companies (PMCs) the power to provide the auditors of certain AIFs with data on the promotion of environmental or social characteristics.
And sustainable investment objectives provided for by SFDR Regulation No 2019/2088.
That provision is done separately and within a longer period than that provided for the other elements of the management report; adaptation of timetable for auditors report.
