SK DP issued a plan to hold second meeting of the public-private policy council for AI privacy, to discuss draft Guidelines for using public personal data for AI development.
Follows SK DP, SK ICT Apr. 2024 held bilateral AI policy council meeting, see #210352.
Expected Meeting Agenda
Attendees will discuss major legal, technical issues re safe use of public personal data.
Main contents of the draft guidelines, which specify standards for legally and safely processing disclosed personal data at each stage of AI development and AI services.
As well as measures to increase rationality, completeness of the regulatory system.
Next Steps
SK DP will finalize the guidelines in May 2024 after reflecting opinions to be presented at the meeting, holding a meeting of the Personal Information Protection Commission.
