ROM ASF MMF Regulation Stress Tests

On Apr. 4, ROM ASF announced compliance with ESMA guidelines.

  • ROM ASF announced it intends to comply with ESMA's Guidelines on stress test scenarios under the Money Market Fund Regulation (EU) (MMFR Reg 2017/1131).
  • Follows ESMA Mar. 2024 published translations of its guidelines on stress test scenarios under MMF Regulation, which establish common scenario parameters, see #161282.
  • ESMA's guidelines will apply from May 6, 2024.
